  • How does my School get access to the App?
    In order to access the App you will need a School username and log in. You will need to contact us via email or phone to purchase a license or to set up a free trial. Please contact 0412 144 404 or email nccd.thriveeducation@gmail.com
  • What devices are supported?
    Most iPads or Android tablets will be supported. The app can be used on most iPhones and Android based mobile phones. If you are having difficulty with the App please contact us on nccd.thriveeducation@gmail.com as your device may be too old or the OS may not be up to date. The School portal is web based and can be accessed via a web browser.
  • Do you offer ongoing training or support?
    Yes! We can offer professional development or training for your School. Please contact us to arrange via 0412 144 404 or via nccd.thriveeducation@gmail.com
  • How do I renew my license?
    We will automatically send out rewewal instructions before your existing license expires. If you are having any issues please contact us directly via nccd.thriveeducation@gmail.com
